What do you dislike most about this product?

I honestly have no criticisms regarding this platform. I recommend Cisco Webex Meetings for its ease of use from any location or device; it is wonderful to schedule and start meetings online; it is wonderful to share and display all the information between the collaborators of the work teams; this makes the meetings extremely productive, and communications are progressing at an excellent level. Despite the fact that it takes a monthly expenditure, it is relatively accessible based on the needs of each company and customer, and it provides assistance that can reply swiftly to any queries.

Webex Meetings's product can be tailored to meet the needs of businesses of varying sizes and complexity. Quickly set up and host one-on-one or small group calls or meetings. Once the scheduling process is in place, it's easy to host events with dozens or even hundreds of participants. No matter what platform or method they use to join, participants will experience the same user interface and set of features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I had to highlight some negative points, it would be that the support module is outdated. Also, the training module is outdated and this makes it difficult for people with no previous experience to catch up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I've only ever experienced one unsuccessful Webex Meeting because of an unexpected outage. Our CEO was giving a keynote address at a Townhall meeting when this occurred. There wasn't much room for error, and just minutes into the keynote, something went wrong at a regional DC. A quick fix was all that was needed, but the incident made a lasting effect on the company's top brass. However, Cisco provided a root cause investigation in less than 24 hours, restoring my faith in their ability to consistently provide a high-quality service.
