What differentiates Webex Calling from other similar products?
What differentiates Cisco unified communications from its competition is that Cisco has a very broad portfolio not only of software but also of hardware, so there is always compatibility between both worlds. This does not always happen with the competition.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The possibility of starting with a call control and then incorporating other solutions that are quickly coupled to the rest.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing I dislike about this solution.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The Cisco solution for unified communications is excellent because it fits all types of business, from small to large. And also allows to integrate it to other solutions already implemented. With the change to subscription licensing, you can maintain the investment over time, because that same license can be used on premise or in the cloud.
