Cisco Webex Calling differs from other products because conducting collaborative meetings in which documents, presentations or videos are shared, avoiding travel in these difficult times of Covid 19 and reducing unnecessary travel costs and saving our time, adapting to our needs and offering a little more than it takes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Cisco Webex Calling is that it helped us save our time and unnecessary travel costs, collaborating with great security, this solution that changes the way of working very advanced and completely revolutionize using different technologies such as web browsers, cell phones or tablets. It is a program that facilitates communications with partners, customers and employees through a screen with clear video and audio. Which has a friendly, easy and simple interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cisco Webex Calling is excellent services and tools that enhance productivity, sharing ideas and tasks, without failures or interruptions from any mobile device, it is a program that adapts to my needs, I have not had any problem with this wonderful program. directs you in the right direction.

I want to recommend Cisco Webex Calling to anyone who wants to help with a great communication to carry out meetings in real time, offering us incredible results increasing both group and individual productivity. This program is the one you need, here comes your solution.

We use Cisco Webex Calling, due to its advanced features, which allow the company to enjoy greater value from its communications through telephony tools in the cloud. Offers reliable and secure call control. With a centralized management system manageable from anywhere and at any time. It is compatible with a wide number of devices, which makes it a very efficient platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's easy to manage, and phone programming is simple to set up. It allows you to develop individual device configurations, without complications. It has the efficient function of a virtual receptionist and has personalized voice mailboxes. Provides efficient extension mobility function. Email notifications are very helpful and come quickly. Product support is excellent, allowing for one-off changes with ease. The suite of integrations with other Cisco products provides a lot of versatility.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The implementation time needs to be improved and the plans are expensive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This cloud calling system guarantees a more efficient, dynamic and complete collaborative work. It has the ability to improve productivity. I recommend its implementation.
