Cisco Webex Calling is an effective cloud telephony service that has excellent features and powerful functions that provide a high level of communication to the company, including messaging, virtual receptionist, agile cloud calling functions and a user-friendly application. for its administration. What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has the best functions of audio and video calls, For internal communication and for customer service. The conference call and screen sharing features work effectively. Provide the caller ID on the phone so it's easy to know who's calling. Through the VOIP number we can easily make an individual call or a team call.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are only two aspects that I think should be considered. The implementation time to be improved and the prices are considerably high.
