The number of features it has for the price and was well suited for our specific needs

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Set it and leave it! Once you configure it, you don't have to constantly worry about it again.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The support isn't that great should there be any issues and sometimes, there being a lag/delay.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look at all the features being offered and assess the costs. You will be pleasantly surprised by how great this product is.

What differentiates WatchGuard UTM from other similar products?

Reliability, enterprise quality software that gives us confidence about our protection. We have not had any breach events since installation. The psh MFA works really well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the management software, the way you can create on-the-fly security objects when creating rules or when you are looking for data in the realtime log window

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost is very higher although it justifies if we see features

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this tool this is very easy to setup and use
