What differentiates Vtiger One from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With a new mobile app and integrations to over 500 business apps, Vtiger works where you are. Vtiger is perfect for small to mid-sized businesses that have agile sales, customer service and marketing teams focused on driving growth, marketing ROI and customer satisfaction.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The vendor forgot about the community and focused their work on the On Demand version and left out the community that helped develop and grow globally. If it is not accurate when loading leads, it can be difficult to load new leads. The duplicate feature does not work too well as it is case sensitive and would get a lot of duplicate leads.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a good software to keep track of business activities. It helps me manage my leads, customers and activities all in one place. Free 15-day trial, no credit card required. it is very effective, especially if you want to track if a link or email was opened. I can organize and customize all stages of the sales cycle. I find the reports very useful.

User friendly and great UI that doesn't bored the user. Easy to use capabilities and features to match your business necessities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use capabilities, features and customizable fields that are easy to track.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No easy to use API for data communication with visualization tools such as Power BI, an API development is needed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

First determine what are you business needs and what will be the ideal process flow between internal department, it will be easier to translate this needs to VTigerCRM's modules to get the best results.

What differentiates Vtiger One from other similar products?

The product has many important administrative features such as the ability to customize form fields or create new forms. The ability to interact with the APIs that VTiger makes available has allowed us to integrate our management system with ease. Technical support is always present in case of need. Answers to requests are always decisive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The aspect I like most is the administrative part that allows you to customize the product according to your needs, as well as the ability to generate reports for the sales department.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In general there are in my opinion no negative points to report. Perhaps the only thing that could be improved is the visibility of contacts and companies to more colleagues, the assignment of these subjects could be done to more groups instead of just one.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To those who have to start using a CRM, I suggest to evaluate VTiger as a possible product for its simplicity of use and administration. The product is really simple to set up and consider that technical support is always available for any problem encountered in the very early stages of VTiger setup.
