What differentiates Vtiger One from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This tool enahnce great customer engagement. It's a reliable tool that makes it easy to view and manage customers data. It's simple to build and run successful marketing campaigns. It's simple to build deeper customer relationships. It's to build strong brand loyalty.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven't encountered anything regrettable with this tool as it meets all our needs and objectives.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Vtiger One from other similar products?
Vtiger CRM behaves in our company as that tool that allows us to maintain a great relationship and contact with each of our customers remotely, keeping them up to date with promotions and offers, and tracking the search of potential customers for our products and services. With an excellent AI our sales teams can evaluate each client and make better and more controlled transactions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Proposal creation is one of the things we like the most about Vtiger CRM, with its automation our offers reach our customers in the right time, and we can conduct surveys to be aware of their needs as consumers, elegant and very friendly interface that allows us to get familiar with our employees who implemented it in a short period of time. It also helps us to maintain communication with our teams in other countries.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the menus can be slow and a little difficult to use but with time you get used to using them, we have had problems with some notifications that we do not understand and end up confusing our staff, however that has diminished quite a bit. We would like it to be compatible with more social networks to exploit the customer acquisition tool more. The graphical reports have a lot of room for improvement, they are necessary.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Vtiger CRM is a great alternative for small and medium businesses that are interested in maintaining constant and assertive communication with their customers, a tool with a fairly good cost for the options it provides, a great ally in communication and customer acquisition in companies. It is a tool with a great functionality, it is really highly recommended over other options that are presented in the market.

Vtiger is the most complete crm we have ever had

What differentiates Vtiger One from other similar products?
We use this software in almost all of the company's work teams and in all of its departments. In the customer service team, we use it to improve communications with customers and serve them quickly and efficiently. It has live chats and integration to social networks, which allows us to meet the demands of our customers from a single program.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows us to answer from the control panel the chats of social networks, the website and emails, but also allows us to organize and track complaints and claims to give a quick solution. It also allows us to have a database of our customers, with their profile and history, so we can be aware of past complaints and requests.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The initial configuration and set up of the software was a challenge, as it had to be done manually, since we never managed to transfer the information automatically and the technical support staff never responded. On occasion we have needed help from the technical staff and they are never able to give us an answer. It would be the perfect software if their customer service was more attentive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Everyone in the company is happy with this software, in the customer service department we feel that our work is much more efficient and that we can give more response and in a shorter time to our customers through different channels, without the need for additional software.
