What differentiates VMware Workspace ONE from other similar products?
Applications like Word, PowerPoint, Explorer, Zoom, Slack, and others don't need to be installed separately. All that is required to access everything is the workspace and one application installed on your computer. The RSA tokens are not required to be entered repeatedly to gain access. It separates your mobile device's personal and work spaces and safeguards your transfers across the company network.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The brand-new Content, VMware Tunnel, Web, and People apps are stunning and flawlessly functional. Accessing a platform that safeguards the protection of the company's data is made easy and convenient by Workspace ONE. If a user working with or utilizing company data has a "jailbroken" device or another unauthorized third-party software, Workspace ONE will restrict access to crucial information and documents to increase security and lessen the risk of a cyberattack.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Remote troubleshooting has yet to be supported for Windows users. It must increase its intelligent analytics characteristics to decide and automate the remediations based on the behaviors presented by the devices. Compared to other products in the same region, the price is also higher. This could be slow and time-consuming because of the constraints of a workspace.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Workspace ONE is an essential feature for organizations that require security and confidentiality to combine technology, including email, calendar, chat services, contacts, documents, and the devices or apps the organization needs. The application includes hidden security measures that protect the business from potential data leaks by restricting editing or sharing attachments. What differentiates VMware Workspace ONE from other similar products?
Applications supported by VMware VIDM for identity management include those from the best MDM and UEM suites. Workspace ONE has many built-in features and offers a lot of flexibility regarding asset management, app management, and security. The user interface for Workspace ONE / Air Watch is very well-organized and uncomplicated.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Air Watch, managing mobile devices is easier than ever. Air Watch supports every profile and command made available by Google and Apple. Excellent and generally self-explanatory profile upkeep. The device details page has an almost overwhelming quantity of information. Fantastic integration opportunities are available with the Workspace ONE Content app. You may integrate your whole on-premises or cloud file infrastructure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Every other app on your firm's network is accessible thanks to the program, which also launches the other app. Therefore, there are times when the UI experience could be more active and responsive. The application initially takes time because loading the other apps requires extensive processing. Integrating Workspace One and your organization utilizing SSO integration through Active Directory may take work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The workspace is one mobile browser application. This can be used inside the company without a VPN connection; since everything takes place inside the app, it just works like I'm using a browser from inside the company and doesn't require any extra steps or logins. Applications supported by VMware VIDM for identity management include those from the best MDM and UEM suites.

Customer service is great and the setup only took a couple weeks

Very easy to use and user friendly for less tech friendly employees that we have.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is a learning curve at first and requires a lot of training and transitioning
