What differentiates vFairs from other similar products?

vFairs has great technology, engagement, and analytics. But as someone who has worked with many vendors over many years, I have to say what most differentiates them from anyone else is there absolutely outstanding customer service. They listen, they problem solve, they are terrific thought partners to help you improve your customers'/students' experience. If anything is amiss, they fix it immediately. They are always available. And I can count on them to make us look good!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the product really has more to do the customer service and product. You can have a great product but if you can't talk to anyone and make sure you're getting what you need, it really doesn't matter. From my end, I know that our students are going to have a great experience in our employers going to connect with great candidates, but my favorite aspect of the customer service is the analytics. I can slice and dice, I can see who went to what booth, I can see how well the people in the booth engaged with our visitors. I can see how well our visitors engaged with people in the booth. Best of all, it's so easy to report out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's nothing I dislike about the product. I dislike how some of our users interact with it. For instance, if someone logs on with Windows 98 or if someone in our booth just keep sending people to a website rather than engaging with them. But that has nothing to do with the platform. I'm completely satisfied with the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation for someone considering vFairs would be to be very clear on what your objectives are for the event and to share that with the vFairs team so that they can strategically help you achieve them. I also suggest doing some kind of training or orientation for your users. Although the platform is very intuitive, you don't want someone to be a deer in the headlights the first time they log onto an active event.

What differentiates vFairs from other similar products?

The user experience is completely unique with vFairs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The environment is my favorite aspect of vFairs. We are able to recreate actual places into a virtual aspect so our attendees feel like they are getting a full experience when they arrive at our events.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We are working through integration with our AMS system. This is a learning curve for our team so we are figuring out our best practices for future events.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

vFairs is able to work with an budget or needs you have. Thy work around your limitations to create the best experience possible.

What differentiates vFairs from other similar products?

The engagement and visual features are 2nd to none. We had multiple people comment that this was the best platform they have used for virtual conferences.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to use, how engaging it is, how easy to customize and Brand and how good the support was from our project manager Hamza!

There is still room to grow - integrating a speed networking capabilities will enhance the platform further
