What differentiates Veritas Enterprise Vault from other similar products?

It's really convenient to be able to search through emails from the last year. My go-to tool for finding exactly what I'm looking for. I was even able to respond to communications from Veritas even after our email system crashed. My life was saved by Veritas. By utilizing technology, I am able to increase output and remove uncertainty from the process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My experience has been that Veritas and Dropbox are a great combination. Dropbox has been the safe and secure home for my company's data for many years, and this has been a huge assist in maintaining its integrity. From the very beginning, the setup is a piece of cake. The application that runs on the server works effectively and requires little attention from the administrator.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find it difficult to locate my stored files. I've only recently started using it, and our firm hasn't yet adopted it. Once I have a better understanding of how things work, I'm confident there will be an easier approach.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Veritas and Dropbox work great together for me. For years, my company's data has been stored on Dropbox, and this helps me to keep it safe and secure. Adding to that, it decreases the amount of space I have available. We've only been using it for a short period of time, but thus far, we're pleased.

What differentiates Veritas Enterprise Vault from other similar products?

One of the nicest things about using Enterprise Vault is the help we receive when we run into problems. The EV staff is extremely knowledgeable, and they have detailed knowledge bases for all of their known difficulties. All systems are well-served by Veritas Vault, which is quick, precise, and simple to set up and operate. IT safe and suitable for all levels of expertise.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As an email archiving solution, Veritas Enterprise Vault enables the business provide customers with an email archiving solution that is straightforward to deploy, administer and maintain. It's a major advantage because it doesn't interfere with your day-to-day activities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although the archiving strategy is difficult to comprehend, once it is understood, implementing it is straightforward. Security certificates are a source of frustration for a small percentage of the population. Because of IT restrictions, it can be a little weird, but that may be the case as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Additional email storage was needed so that end-users could have access to older and unread emails through their Outlook client or web browser from any location. You should choose Veritas Enterprise Vault if you are looking for archiving solutions for either email or file servers.
