What differentiates Veeam Data Platform from other similar products?

The product is easy to deploy and it can be depended on. The product can be used in many environments and you can get the job done.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to backup my VMware environment and the ability to backup to cloud services. Also the ability to run backups even if the console is not opened.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product is not compatible with older VMware hypervisors, the product is also not compatible with most open source hypervisors such as XenServer. This is a big drawback of the product. In a mixed environment you have to look for another product that can do backups for the hypervisors that Veeam does not support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure your environment is compatible with this product, Clearly define your workloads that you want to protect with the product. Clearly define what you need to achieve with the product, define your RPO and RTO, this will help you when deploying the product in your environment.

What differentiates Veeam Data Platform from other similar products?

Confidence. Because the importance of such a practice can only be understood during a bad enough scenario. Personally, when such a situation occurs, I prefer this app because it does not let me down.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a light and easy interface

What do you dislike most about this product?

Price. Its too high for countries like Turkey. Beucase dollar is x17.5 for my country. Maybe you can gave us diffrent priceses with fixed exchange rate

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend that you carefully compare the disaster recovery situation with other applications during a bad scenario that may occur. This is the most vital issue for the selection of this application and this application does it very well.
