What differentiates Veeam Data Platform from other similar products?

Because no other solution could perform backup process in the timeframe we needed, its backup speed is the only choice for us. Replication between data centers is quick and easy, and its recovery speeds are remarkable. Every task flow is worry-free and impenetrable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Up to 10 physical servers or virtual machines can be backed up using their free version. Small and medium-sized organizations can utilize this edition up until they have the funds to purchase one. Once they do, they just reactivate the license on the very same device. The beautiful thing about it is that. It is simple to apply catastrophe and catastrophe test cases.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Managing the time periods where you don't really want a regular to operate in that day and making weeklies also becomes cumbersome. Additionally, you don't want everyday publishing weeklies on this day. Dealing with that is difficult. A solitary command prompt or functionality would be ideal if you could complete the task.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We can back up to several different data storage systems because of its adaptable architecture. We also shorten the time it takes for customers to get used to the administration interface because of how simple it is to manage. VEEAM Backup's community version is quite effective because it gave us genuine peace of mind.

What differentiates Veeam Data Platform from other similar products?

It has greatly improved the efficiency of taking backups. Relative to other goods, we have less errors. VEEAM is very adaptable and seamlessly integrates with both our on-premises and cloud architecture. We have NASs, tapes recovery, and remote restoration, and they are all easy and quick. It also has great reporting options that I can use to stay informed about how my process is progressing right now.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With disked internet media, I can create a lot more recoveries in a shorter amount of time. Additionally, I'm able to complete all of my daily backups within the required time frames. Additionally, VMs may be copied to a DR location much more quickly. Undoubtedly, it is among my favorite software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some fundamental features cannot be added as patch updates to current ones without a level upgrade, and occasionally the merging time on spinning offline media might be rather lengthy. Although Version 10 for Backup and Replication is clumsy, updating to Version 11 does improve the UI.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Higher bandwidth transfer services are offered from business systems to cloud servers. After VEEAM Backup & Replication models have performed an assessment, we are able to control and research corporate data. I recommend this platform to many others since I enjoy its capacity for data organization and building a reliable backup system.
