The software is easy to install and operate, connects to multiple storage arrays and backup targets, and has a knowledgeable support staff that can assist us if problems arise. We can protect that data with Veeam Backup & Replication at a fair cost and complexity level, allowing everyone to sleep better at night.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can access a user interface with Veeam that makes it simple to find information. Once it's installed and running, not many changes are required. It is one of the few Microsoft 365 components that can protect data. Excellent Veeam users and responsive Veeam support are two things I appreciate. Its most important feature is that Veeam manages any operating system and any virtual servers or desktops, whether they are powered by VMware or Hyper-V, without a single hiccup.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The support team occasionally takes some time to answer. That is a little upsetting because we haven't heard anything in three days, and our tasks are failing. Excellent alternatives are available. The main issue with the program is that we cannot update Veeam software version 10 or higher because we are currently utilizing an out-of-date version of other software due to compatibility issues with virtual machines.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Best and most widely used backup systems, featuring centralized management for physical and virtual servers and a backup of specific applications. The burden for the backup administrator has lessened since moving from a dispersed backup solution that ran at each site to a central VEEAM system. The application itself is pretty practical and user-friendly. Sales will reply to you as soon as possible. There is room for technical help to be improved.

What differentiates Veeam Backup & Replication from other similar products?

Our use of Veeam Backup and Replication satisfies the lack of enterprise-wide backups, including backup of servers hosting SQL databases and enterprise ERP systems, it is very easy to configure and we had the ability to successfully backup a physical Windows Active Directory server and multiple VMware virtual machines, as well as restore them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is one of the best backup services by levels and consistent and reliable performance which has no errors or interruptions at a reasonable price and also very important has the ability to allow us to dive into the SQL tables that can be backed up (of great importance for the administrative part).

What do you dislike most about this product?

We think it would be a great help if Veeam had its own online backup repository instead of relying on a third party. In order to be able to search for it independently and that Hyper-V backups are usually a bit complicated and many times the technical support is not very qualified for the service.

To make important backups in general information such as documents, projects, designs, operating systems covers many things that the truth is advisable that every company has a service like Veeam Backup & Replication for which you have an affordable cost especially for organizations with only a few servers that can use the community edition as well as its operation with SQL, Exchange and Active Directory.
