For a full backup of all of our data stored in Office 365, we rely on Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365. This includes data from all of our users. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The software meets our needs for backing up and archiving our Office 365 mails. It's simple to use and doesn't take long to get used to. The primary reason I bought it was to save a copy of all of my most essential users' emails. I've been using Veeam Backup and Replication for a long time, and I've never had any issues with it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool spares me from having to report misplaced mail to someone who can fire me. One day after purchasing a tiny Synology NAS from a used computer store, I was able to install the software on it. Gives us peace of mind by ensuring that we have a fallback plan in place just in case

What do you dislike most about this product?

Storage space is being wasted since we can't get rid of outdated backups. Cloud-based management is not the norm. To make it work, you'll need the newest version. There are a few issues with multiple licenses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In the past, we lost a lot of data and exposed our private information to unauthorized parties. A cyber assault may have resulted in the loss of all of our data, which we found. My department had misplaced the records of the majority of our patients, which made it impossible to keep our files current or monitor the status of our clients. Using folders to organize files is a simple and efficient approach to find what you need.
