What differentiates Unitrends Backup Software from other similar products?

The competition has certainly caught up but at the time we felt that Unitrends was the perfect blend of features and price.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Backup to disk is fast and the customer support is top notch

What do you dislike most about this product?

The backup to cloud options aren't quite there yet

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can't go wrong with this as a pure backup to disk option.

What differentiates Unitrends Backup Software from other similar products?

The software adapts to different applications easily and simply. In addition to the technical support Unitrends, it has excellent support for the company's integrated systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its potential to protect our data, we feel more comfortable knowing that we have Unitrends in our organization. Recovery functions in the event that a failure occurs in our system due to a Cyberattack, it is a complete platform that is worth having.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We are happy with its functions and with everything it has to offer us, I cannot say anything negative because there is not, everything is extremely good in its characteristics, I love it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We have the tool that would help us avoid disasters that occurred in the company, when we could not recover data as easily as now, in addition to adapting to other applications, being very safe. It has helped us as we wanted.

Physical Backup for Multiple Platforms Backs up data and system info for non-virtualized systems. Primarily Windows and Linux servers but also, potentially, AIX, Unix and others.

File Explorer Granular Restore Individual files can be located and restored from backup media without the need for full system mounting and restore.

Backup Monitoring and Reporting Backup and replication are continually monitored for status and effectiveness. Detailed reporting is available on successful and unsuccessful operations.

Virtual Machine Backup Automatically discovers and protects VMs as they come online, move, and change. Production VMs are replicated to a secondary data store.

Replication for High Availability Beyond secondary copy backup, the solution also manages replication of primary data host-to-host and site-to-site for live failover and high availability.

Backup of Cloud Based Data In addition to targeting backups to the cloud, the solution also has the capability to back up primary data and services already in the cloud.
