Unilog has always been able to listen to our needs and work with us to find solutions that we can implement as a team to further elevate our business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use

What do you dislike most about this product?

The back office platform was sometimes difficult to navigate through. However, this has been addressed with the new CX1 platform. The ease and maneuverability of CX1 is great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a frank discussion with the Unilog team about your needs and if they can meet what you need, absolutely join forces with them. It has been one of the best decisions we have made.
