What differentiates Unilog from other similar products?

Unilog is like one man army. It handles very diverse stages of the B2B e-commerce industry.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Round the clock site maintenance

What do you dislike most about this product?

All their websites look the same if you are not interested in spending a fortune to make changes to stand out in the market

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Like they say too many cooks spoil the broth. I highly suggest Unilog to concentrate on a few features that really work for them and get rid of the ones that are not well received with their customers like the blog option. It is a pain!

cloud-based eCommerce platform and product data enrichment services help distributors, manufacturers, and wholesalers increase online sales, reduce cost to serve, and enhance their digital channel.

What differentiates Unilog from other similar products?

The Unilog platform provides comparable/competitive features and functionality as Amazon, Home Depot and other major retailers. They have integrated with multiple ERPs/POS, payment gateways and more for the unique needs for their clients and clients' users. They are developing never before seen tools to support industry specific needs to make buying online efficient and valuable for B2C, B2B and combination of both. While major corporations like Amazon and Home Depot have their own eComm development teams, Unilog is able to accomplish functionality tailored to their customer for an affordable price and competitive support team behind it all.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The flexibility of functionality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the major tools that support the site are separate links/logins. Currently, the process is a bit slower since there is syncing involved. Unilog is working on bringing those together behind a single login that will increase efficiency of getting product data on the site in real time, so they are already working on resolving that platform wide.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The standard platform features and functionality meet the needs of the majority of clients we serve. If you are considering moving to the platform, request a standard feature list and a recommended live Unilog site to look at for reference. Make no assumptions. Conduct your our surveys and do your own analysis on your own site with your own customers (or even better, hire an expert to do this for you quickly and efficiently). The site is for them! Product data, product data, product data. The better the product data is in shape, the better the implementation. Branding guides and static page content - high res photos and videos. Keep it simple
