What differentiates Unilog from other similar products?

Unilog is easy to use and fairly intuitive, which was important as a first time user.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product was the ease of use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would say the most disliked thing was the lack of support with some issues. It was not uncommon to wait an unacceptable period of time to receive help on some of our tickets.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Unilog is a great platform for a business that is just starting out. I think it's greatest strengths are getting you up and running, and visible. It fell short when it came to the size of our business and being unable to fill the need and volume of tickets.

I think what I find unique about Unilog are the predictive web search results The software also comes with amazing self service features.
