The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?
Ease of use and well-rounded support options.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The implementation team (Megan Poole, Maryia Barker and Carianne Kempf) are second to none! They not only met - but FAR exceeded - the needs of our organization! So professional and true content experts. As for the products we're using, they are intuitive, and the workflows are easy to navigate once you get the hang of it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If I have to choose something, it would be that while I absolutely love the customization, sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming because you have so many options. Again, our implementation team did a great job of asking the right questions to help us determine which options we wanted to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just do it! You won't regret it! It's a lot of work but you have a great partner in UKG!

The ability for both employees and managers to access key HR and workforce management features through a mobile app adds significant value.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For businesses with simpler HR needs or limited technical expertise, the extensive functionality could feel like overkill, leading to a steeper learning curve and slower adoption.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
the platform can be complex, especially if you're transitioning from another system or if your organization lacks a dedicated HR or IT team
