It allows us to track the time that we are over the phone.

The chat feature is so small. May be they can make it bigger for a more friendly experience

It is easy to use and you can easily that the time you spent either on the phone or on breaks.

UJet is definitely easier to use than competing contact platforms on the market, but it sometimes doesn't work well in computer services as compared to SalesForce Sales Cloud or other products.

Simplicity and Ease of Use.

Integration is simple but can sometimes be unreliable.

While comparing to other products is the best practice, it's even more important to consider the industry that you're implementing the product into as it may not meet the needs of all.
