What differentiates UJET CCaaS from other similar products?

UJet is definitely easier to use than competing contact platforms on the market, but it sometimes doesn't work well in computer services as compared to SalesForce Sales Cloud or other products.

Simplicity and Ease of Use.

Integration is simple but can sometimes be unreliable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While comparing to other products is the best practice, it's even more important to consider the industry that you're implementing the product into as it may not meet the needs of all.
