It has great workflow management and automation capabilities. It's integration with ERP is easy and efficient It has amazing customer experience and great employee job satisfaction.

It still needs improvement to handle large number of data.

I think it is the facility to develop through complex codes, fast and efficient automation, it has a large number and variety of tools and the simplicity with which we manage to generate the project process is something unique, it has never left us with a project halfway, intermittence or latencies are almost non-existent and have a wide variety of information to educate the engineer

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are two things that I do not like, the first is that although the program on your site also offers a wide variety of education and information to be at the forefront of problem solving, on the other hand it makes the support team not very ineffective in explaining and directing you only to that information already pre-established without adding more extra information The second focus of the displeasure is that at the beginning you need the technical service to install because it is difficult to do it, you have to choose options that not all IT specialists recognize

I recommend the software for an advanced public, I recommend it for companies that have internal engineers, they would know how to speak well with the technical support assistants. Many tools are complex to apply and help is needed, I recommend purchasing it for being a good program.
