What is your favorite aspect of this product?

IBM Process Mining is the only tool of its kind that can effectively manage a vast volume of complex processes. This fantastic product features a wide variety of functionalities that help us enhance business processes for both our company and our customers. The IBM Process Mining staff is responsive and accommodating, taking care of any changes or modifications we've needed to make to our client's systems. With our expertise, we have increased the efficiency of their operating procedures, which has allowed us to save costs without sacrificing the quality of service to our customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As a whole, the implementation is not very hard to do, thanks to the fact that your business has a very user-friendly dashboard. There are some factors, however, that need some extra attention. On some occasions, we have found that the steps are very complex and require more time to be clarified. But when we turn to support, they always help us to get over it. Overall, the product is very good, but the support needs some much-needed improvements.

This has enabled us to have a real-time perspective of their processes and a closer look into common bottlenecks and hurdles.

Uipath is perfect solution for task automation, end to end automation and complex automation, Uipath Apps are one of those additional features which is very important for us and these are not availible on others. These Uipath apps help us to manage our environment from outside the organization. Integration is a very plus point of Uipath because it can easily integrate with any other application. Uipath Acadmey and Uipath Community is a platform where anyone can learn the Uipath and can implement it within the organization that learning curve is also missing in other solution.

Uipath is very perfect solution there is a high volume of data which has to be enter in the system, this is a tool which help u s to remove human intervention in the end to end processes there are many good aspects which we like most. Uipath is very flexible solution. Image processing , clicking and OCR data extractions, some pre availible manage packages which help us to reduce our time while development, Drag and drop the workflow and make your algorithms more reliable and stable. 1: Uipath price cost 2: Uipath Orchestration where we can manage our all processes assets and queues 3: Uipath Upgrades are very easily 4: No Downtime

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer support mechanism we not like. because it required two three business days to revert them back to you once you have a problem which is not good they should be very responsive once we raised any case on the portal

Uipath is a best for every application and it can be work on any environment very easily. Process mining is one of the best solution which Uipath also offering in their product. so Overall in the end this is very good software for automation of tasks. Highly recommended for anyone who are looking any solution..
