What differentiates UiPath Business Automation Platform from other similar products?

One of the best RPA tool which I have been using quite a while whenever it comes to process automation. The best thing about UI Path tool is it is script free tool, non programmer can also easily grasp the tool and automate test cases. Drag and drop action items feature helps in maintaining proper flow of sequence. Even creating bots with UI Path is very easy which can be setup and executed via mobile as well through orchestrator. We have automated lot of HR process like resource onboarding, email trigger to resources on compliance points. It was also used to club multiple PDF files and compare with each other to find its difference.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

UIPath RPA tool saves lot of efforts and time for any process automation. It has the simplest user interface and dashboard to use, it also allows to identify, search and extract into excel data from any web application in no time. It is the perfect platform to keep track of your daily tasks; it provides templates to organize and schedule work appointments making everything in much controlled way. Adaptability is very fast and even flexible as it can be used on your mobile as well to run bots from anywhere. Best things I like are part of UIPath: Workflow recording and running process UI Academy and support AI Vision OCR Bot scheduling

What do you dislike most about this product?

License is very expensive as compared to other tools in the market. It requires training on the tool as it has many features to explore and required info on how to use it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to use for process automation then UIPath is the tool which you should go with. Less scripting, easy to create workflows and simple to understand and run the tests. Strongly recommendation for UI Path, its the future of RPA.

What differentiates UiPath Business Automation Platform from other similar products?

We use it to automate Excel, the web and SAP and it has solved the mistakes we had before doing everything manually. Our customers are satisfied and that is another reason to continue using it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that it is a very functional RPA tool updated in the market, since we automate manual tasks to speed up the process. We can also automate emails, it is compatible with Windows, we don't have to be automation experts to use this software and that makes us happy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We are only using the free version of UIPATH, so we do not know exactly if the entire UIPATH system will have errors in the future, until now our experience has been phenomenal.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is compatible with Windows and with multiple web programs. It does not slow down the system, it accelerates it. It is software that should be the main option if you are thinking about automating the functions of your company.

What differentiates UiPath Business Automation Platform from other similar products?

In addition to the features already mentioned, it has some bots that are of great help for everyday tasks that usually take time, with their bots we can reduce human efforts and at the same time avoid any type of human error that may occur. No other software has such versatile features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has very operational characteristics, which adapt to the requirements of a company, officially we acquired Uipath services for at least 8 months ago when we lacked software to carry out our automations, I do not regret our choice of Uipath.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The main reason for us was to ultimately obtain better results in the automations in the various stages that Uipath provides for us. From our experience I have not found anything negative along the way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It has a free trial version for users who want to start in this process and also a version with more advanced functions, if you need a trial period to decide, Uipath is the right one for that.
