What differentiates Twilio Customer Engagement Platform from other similar products?

Twilio and Segment are the most robust and user friendly to integrate as compared to Ringcentral.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Twilio and Segment integrate with so many tools and customizations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Learning a CDP and integrating software via API still requires developers to do the majority of the integrations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get Twilio and Segment CDP to grow your business, come equip with a developer to help you implement.

What differentiates Twilio Customer Engagement Platform from other similar products?

The ease of use for non-technical users like myself, is an aspect which I think clearly differentiates Twilio from other alternative cloud communication tools we have used in the past for sms delivery purposes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how quickly sms content and notifications are delivered to targeted recipients. The last time we did a measurement of delivery time, it took less than a minute for Twilio to deliver sms messages and I think that was more than ideal enough for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think there is a need for Twilio to provide more analytics about our sms messages, especially regarding how target recipients engage with them. My little technical knowledge tells me this may be a big ask though.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I use Twilio primarily for sms marketing purposes and I will recommend other teams to use Twilio for the same purpose as well. I cannot speak much about the software engineering uses of Twilio as I am not a software engineer.
