What differentiates TrueDialog from other similar products?
It is the fastest SMS service for your business. You can keep updated your customer through instant messages. You also have a dashboard to keep track of each member of your group.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has very fast message delivery feature. It allows bulk texting and two way communication. Billing structure is very good. You can manage or customize contacts. The customer service is also very helpful. API allows you to integrate with other sites. It keeps track of conversation with customers and makes you able to reply each and every customer easily and quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not an Omni channel. It is not even integrated with Facebook, whatsapp, or instagram. It is true that it is the fastest way of SMS services but it sometimes lags and takes some extra time to send or receive texts. Initially it restricts you to 160 letters message.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is recommended to all size of organizations as it has different plans for different need and is highly recommended to bulk user.
