What differentiates TrueContext from other similar products?
ProntoForms differentiates itself by being truly "low-code". Our organization has moved a number of complicated process flows over to ProntoForms. We have tried other products and simply could not find anything close in the market at their price point. There are many companies that claim to be low-code and then the solution cannot deliver complex logic without substantial time from the company's support staff. Once our people learned ProntoForms, we rarely had to rely on support to get our solutions built in-house and delivered to our field users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to implement forms in a matter of minutes/hours is my favorite aspect ProntoForms. It is incredibly powerful to be able to solve problems on the fly and provide effective solutions to our field users in real-time. We have seen multiple instances where this capability impressed our customers and directly led to more opportunity for our companies.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some features I would like to see developed around repeatable sections. That said, it is very hard to identify shortcomings for ProntoForms. They have continuously improved the product during our time as a customer and I expect they will continue to do so as we move forward.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Stop looking at competitors. Unless you want to hire a bunch of in-house IT folks to administer another solution, ProntoForms is the single best option in this space.

What differentiates TrueContext from other similar products?
Its adaptability to changes in operations is essential, adding new and intelligent alternatives to capture data of great importance, the web platform is very intuitive and takes us where we want to make our configurations or queries, the possibility of seeing in real time what This is happening with our forms and integrating this information with other software is very simple, the ability to export the information clearly and in well-known formats such as Excel, manage different users in different environments, we have all the information online and the Most common errors are solved, this leads us to the collaborators to be very comfortables.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How useful it is for workflows in the company, the great dynamism of the configurations in the forms, all the incoming and outgoing connections are very useful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The graphical interface should be adjusted a little more to make it more user-friendly, more output formats should be added, in the email configuration there should be cells where the emails are placed one by one, there should be more support for the Spanish language
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Examine what other software exist on the market as an alternative to prontoforms with this you will realize that prontoforms is the best alternative

What differentiates TrueContext from other similar products?
Simple to use. Allows for integrations like salesforce. The user face is intuitive. The support team is responsive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Allows us to build advamced forms that we customize to our brand . The platform allows OCR scanning and camera data. Data on the platform is sent in real time. The platform links to data sources. There is advanced analytics.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have found nothing to dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Prontoform is secure , scalable and intuitive , works perfectly on mobile fornes and tablets to allow data to be collected in the field and sent back to main office in real time. It also allows one to create forms to be used in data collection. I highly recommend prontoform for intuitive data collection.
