What differentiates truDigital from other similar products?
truDigital was easy to schedule and manage. As someone with a graphic design background, creating custom content was important. I wanted to schedule signage for specific days or specific locations without having to be present in the office to do so or having to be present to update a change. Scheduling was a huge time-saver. Different templates also helped, and being able to operate different messages at different locations was crucial to our multi-site business across 2 states.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like being able to update signage from anywhere and schedule playlists for certain times or days without having to remind myself to set or delete content. I also like that I can completely customize my own slides when I choose to do so.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the uploading and tabbing through sections could be improved. Changing a title sometimes forces me to start over. Instead of being able to tab between fields in certain templates, I have manually click each one which is cumbersome.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make fields in templates able to be tabbed through. I don't want to have to click and save every one. I'd also like to see the ability to pause a playlist for a period of time without overwriting it or deleting it.

What differentiates truDigital from other similar products?
The thing I've enjoyed most about TruDigital is their customer support. Their response time is unmatched and any time I've ever needed assistance, I've been able to get it before the end of the day.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to label each player and also include videos in our playlists.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to be able to create a playlist with videos and playlists together without having to upload each individually.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Label your videos and playlists to make your job a lot easier in the future.
