The ability to automatically detect and respond to threats in real time is highly appreciable. EDR capabilities provide detailed insights into attacks and allow quick investigation and response. It delivers strong protection without significantly affecting system performance. The ability to push updates across an entire network from a single server is frequently highlighted as a favourite feature. It allows administrators to customise settings and security exceptions and fine tune protection based on their organisation’s risk tolerance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The initial setup process challenging and time consuming especially in large environments. Though the interface is powerful it can be overwhelming due to the sheer number of settings and options available. The certain menus and reports are not as intuitive as they would like leading to a steeper learning curve. While generally praised for its low resource consumption the performance slowdowns during certain tasks. Another dislike what we are facing is the features for non windows platforms such as linux and mac are not as good as those windows systems, limiting its flexibility in mixed platforms environments.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The organisation who are using only windows platforms are best use this and the environment looking for automated threat detection and to keep their environment safe with all ransomware, phishing, etc. It’s best for the seekers who’s expecting for realtime vulnerabilities protection. It doesn’t requires for high resources and humans for the endpoint and DLP to be montorised.
