The integration with email is an absolute beast in the sense that it allows seamless ticket creation and updates directly from your inbox. This feature is particularly useful for managing client-reported issues without logging into the platform

What do you dislike most about this product?

Navigation can be clunky, and onboarding new team members takes longer than it should due to the lack of intuitive design
