Tends to get bogged down on the server end if venue is particularly busy. Installation and instruction set up fees are borderline scams.

Very user-friendly. Its app is a tremendous tool for keeping track of sales on the go. A breath of features. Everything you need in restaurant management under one system. Highly recommend.

The app is a great tool while away from the restaurant to monitor sales.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Entering inventory for pricing is very time-consuming and can be a little confusing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall a great system. A little bit on the expensive side but overall worth the investment.
