Its amazing to be able to track customer health so you can track exactly when to reach out to them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the length of time it takes to add touchpoint

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try to set aside time weekly to update as work life can get pretty hectic it is good to keep on top and update once a week rather than as you go
