Simple and easy to use product!

What differentiates Todoist from other similar products?
For me of the most important differences is that it's very intuitive and easy to set up and use. Another key differentiator of Todoist Business is its ability to integrate with other apps and tools, such as Slack, Google Calendar, and Trello, which allows teams to stay connected and work seamlessly across different platforms. Additionally, Todoist Business offers quite advanced analytics and good reporting capabilities, which certainly can help teams track progress and identify areas for improvement.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product is its simplicity. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate, making it easy for users to quickly find and manage their tasks. However, it is not overwhelming with unnecessary features, making it easy for users to focus on the tasks that are most important to them. Additionally, Todoist Business is highly customizable, allowing to adapt the tool to suit their specific needs and workflow.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As it does not have as many features as its competitors it may not be the ideal pick for everyone. I think that Todoist Business does not have as many collaboration options as other tools, which can make it more difficult for teams to work together effectively. Overall, Todoist Business may not have as many features as other task management tools, which was a disadvantage and why I stopped using it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think as a simple but strong task management tool it is ideal for those who are mainly focused on its task management features. It is simple, there is not too much depth to it. Which is an advantage for some users, but disadvantage to others. Overall I would suggest using it for a while to get thr grasp of it and compare it to its competitors and then make a decision.

Todoist Business strives to provide us with excellent features for project management. It is a unique product because it is available in more than 10 platforms and in 20 different languages.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With a clear overview of tasks to be done, Todoist Business has helped us to keep our projects on track by showing tasks that have been done and those that need to be completed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The free plan lacks critical features such as automatic backups and reminders.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Todoist from other similar products?
It has many useful features such as assigning tasks, setting due dates, sharing files and it is very simple to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have been able to keep our projects on track and deliver on time through project planning , assigning responsibilities and tracking the progress of the team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is an excellent software with an intuitive user interface and great workflow automation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If they are looking for a safe and secure way to manage teams effortlessly through a centralized admin they should give it a try.
