What differentiates Toast POS from other similar products?

We've seen an increase in volume and an increase in efficiency, which is obviously a great return. The charge-per-ship capabilities increased the charge-per-ship revenue for us by 600%. These are 2 important features that have been game changers for us. this is the best software that has the. The software is so outdated it's like going back 30 years. Terrible, clumsy, slow and pathetically behind, but I've already taken care of logistics and financing in other organizations. It's just that furniture as a whole is a fraud and exploits customers and STORIS exploits companies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is definitely profitable and affordable for all small and medium businesses. Easy to use: It is very easy to use, even for professionals without technical knowledge. Initial integration: It was very simple and fast. Customization: Create your website the way you want. Customer service: Both sales and technical support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Too many individual apps that require additional monthly subscription fees. The software is buggy and support will just tell you to clear cache/cookies instead of solving the problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it as The software is cheap, they give us a free trial for more than 3 months, which is wonderful to play with the software and we decided that it is the best for our needs. 2) Other eCommerce software doesn't offer many customization options, but Zoho has many customization options, which are easy to use and you don't need any developer knowledge. 3) Customer support is wonderful and you can expect a quick response almost every time.

What differentiates Toast POS from other similar products?

it is a total disappointment and will be replaced by the end of the year with a better system, many of the things that we were promised could be done require the use of their "open API" which costs more per month than the entire 5 station POS system. They did not inform us about the API price in advance (or that there was even a cost, it was presented as if it was included in the regular rate) only that we could use the API to do everything we told them we had to do, my manager The project manager informed me about the price of the API during our implementation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Closing and opening is very simple. Saves a good deal of time from the previously used system. Nice clean look and easy enough to find what you are looking for. The reports are very weak in certain areas, you cannot see earnings for anything other than the employee, which is worthless if you do not have pay rates charged, which we do not do, as we are not using that aspect of the system. When we receive the inventory in the store, we upload it to the control panel through your excel template, this works about 75% of the time, the rest of the time it just silently fails, you will never get any notice that it has failed, where failed, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The bottom line is that if your needs are more than basic or you're not a restaurant, you should look elsewhere for a much better solution. So now before doing any loading I do an export of what we have immediately before so when it fails I can compare it to the inventory after partial load to find out where the import stopped so I can import the rest. I was able to create really successful marketing campaigns thanks to the databases it provides, which give you detailed information about business operations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You need to upload the customer orders report, find the customer in the list, click show orders, make a note of the order number, then go to the order history report, and then click the order, why is it not showing up the order number below? Do customers request a hyperlink to take me to the order? They made a system change to process batch updates at the POS instead of real time, we have a custom app that we use for check-ins when a customer enters the store and adds customers to the disclosure system so that we can link them to a sale and closing rate tracking, etc.
