Great integrations, but they also do a bit of everything themselves. They know their products and the needs of their customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Great integrations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Back office can be a bit clunky.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Review partnerships and integrations before making the switch, so you have a full picture of how to best use their system.

What differentiates Toast POS from other similar products?

Robust hardware that’s durable in a high-turnover environment and supports essential restaurant workflows. Toast’s comprehensive reporting, loyalty programs, and integrated online ordering for pickup and delivery make it a powerful all-in-one solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite feature is the tableside ordering with devices. This capability allows servers to take orders directly at the table, speeding up service!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing structure can be complex and may become costly for smaller businesses and there is a limited customization in certain modules.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For restaurants with fast-paced, high-volume needs, Toast POS is an excellent choice!

It is user friendly, incorporates hand helps and very efficient

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate how easy it is to split tabs, and take multiple payments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It frequently crashes or restarts without notice

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend for a high volume bar or restaurant with a large staff.
