What differentiates TINYpulse from other similar products?

TINYpulse has so many features (maybe too many), the product is continuously improving. Each time I dig deeper into it I am discovering new features. I also get pop ups of new product releases fairly frequently. It's nice to see a product continue to improve and not stay stagnant.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our favorite aspect is Cheers! It's a simple feature but very effective in giving recognition. Everyone on our team loves to send and receive Cheers. The survey tool is also excellent and has improved dramatically from when we started using TINYpulse. This product is a great way to monitor employee feedback and keep a close eye on your company culture and how to improve it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there were more in product walkthroughs. With the large amount of features and functionality it can get overwhelming. Sometimes when I use the product after not using it for a long time I start to forget how to do certain tasks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would reccomend to send out surveys regularly and build a culture around sending Cheers / Recognition. TINYpulse is a tool, and it's only works if everyone is bought in and uses it properly. Make sure you follow up on any employee feedback given through TINYpulse, if your employees know they are being heard they are more likely to be happy high performing!

Anonymous suggestions. It give individuals confidence to suggest things they’ll normally not in a open forum. The pulse survey is a close second. Again permits me to feel valued as a worker and have interaction with the company. I favor the straightforward layout and also the weekly Pulse cadence.
