What differentiates Tines from other similar products?

It is different because being a primarily "no-code" solution, allowing users to build complex workflows by dragging and dropping pre-built actions without needing extensive coding knowledge, making it more accessible to a wider range of users while still handling intricate automation needs, particularly in the realm of security operations and incident response.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is not need a fully coding expertise to do operations.

There would be slightly improvement required in support chenal.

Easy to use. provides robust integration capabilities and features also provides real time reporting capabilities and it saves your lots of time while helping automate your entire workflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Vendor support expertise is pretty slow, sometimes you may get performance issue due to the latest update.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For your organizations security resources automation and to create workflow this tool is highly recommended since its very efficient and responsive tool for management

What differentiates Tines from other similar products?

There are so many features that is not provided by other similar products like Microsoft power automate. You can create automation to scrap data from web to many other scenarios and it has a built in dashboard as you don’t have to create one and you can monitor at the same time . The problems with other tools are that they expires after a certain amount of time but this doesn’t.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Features that can help you with any sort of automation you need in your organisation it’s from engineering team or operations team like we have web hook and other tools present there that can help you to get the desired results . We have utilised this for data scraping and deployment is very simple and easy to use .

What do you dislike most about this product?

There’s nothing as such to dislike and I would love to have a sort of certification where we can show leaders we are skilled in this .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is must to invest product that can help you save a lot of time and effort and this is one time setup for repetitive task and removes a chance of human error , easy to maintain and a built in dashboard can help you out with any sort of challenge in taking a look at the status of each workflow running in your tenant.
