The incredible support they offer and willingness to adapt to your specific needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is extremely powerful. You can do basically anything you want with it. You are likely to be limited by the software you are connecting to it; not Tines limiting you.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a young company, so there isn't a template for every software, but they are willing to learn and help create useful templates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It may seem expensive at first, but the support is worth the money, and think about how automation will reduce friction at your company.
