What differentiates Tines from other similar products?

Compared with other products in the marketplace that provide somewhat similar functionality Tines allows users to automate any task really easily. This is achieved through the shear ease of use of the product - it's super easy to automate tasks to match whatever workflow you wish! Additionally a major differentiator is the ease of integration to other tools in the stack, there's nothing we've found that we can't integrate to! The support system developed has been superb too - with a really responsive, fast and helpful response to any support issues or best practice queries we've had!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tines provides a tool that is extremely easy to use and to integrate across a large range of other tools. The best aspect of using the product to date has been the speed of innovation and support. In working with the account management team any issues or best practice queries have been answered super quickly, and they've assisted us along in developing out the best way to build an automation. If a new feature in the product is needed it's great to see this taken on board as an idea and released to the product soon after.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While tines is easy to use there is still an onboarding aspect and new members of the team need to get up to speed on the product and how to use it. In this regard there needs to be more tutorials and training material for new members of teams to start getting used to the capabilities of the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start by identifying important automation stories, and then get building in Tines! Build a minimum viable experience first off and then iterate through for edge cases and use cases.
