Users should reach out to client services directly when stuck rather than read the 'Help' sections. The customer service is great.

For me, it's the arrangement of my Case information and also the management of this case information that helps to meet client expectations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact that the product only supports selected operating systems

When it comes to case information Management, LexisNexis Practice and legal software do it perfectly.
