The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

the functionality of the product means i can use it to forecast ordering and it's very helpful with that.
What do you dislike most about this product?
nothing really! any problems i have i raise with James and he tweaks it for me if he can.

James and his team are very proactive with making sure their product meets your needs. it is a pleasure to work with them, and to use their product. it makes my job easier and that's a win! ;)
