Excellent and very useful tool in workflow automation with effective elimination of paper-based manufacturing operations and easy to use with no coding operations and a single platform that allows easy production, Quality and maintenance processes integration.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the ease to schedule production and monitor work order execution and easily measure manufacturing productivity and overall equipment efficiency with TilliT Digital Operations. Powerful tool with complete operations control systems and excellent quality management functionalities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No issues encountered when using this product. Easy learn with a clean interface for quick manipulation and code free operations that is simple to use for any new user and with easy process on implementation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Complete automation and best integration and connectivity that brings people, processes and equipment together for easy and complete operational control. Effective tool to use as bench mark and baseline to compare different assets performance and track progress for a given time respectively.

Tillit provided a low cost, easily deployed system to enable us to move to a fully integrated digitial OEE platform. Other solutions were
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Tillit it easy to learn, provides powerful reporting and was deployed rapidly within the business. The service provided to support the product has been exceptional with issues fixed within hours or days and enhancements taken on board and delivered.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Whilst Tillit provides OEE and quality tracking it is unable to provide the full suite of MES functionality that we require going foward. The team behind Tillit are actively working to fix this and development appears strong.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Review the core MES requirements that you are needing. If TilliT covers your requirements then it is an excellent solution that is easy to deploy and manage.
