The cornerstone of our security stack

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates ThreatLocker from other similar products?

The breadth of features - from storage controls, to network access controls, to organizational policies. ThreatLocker is far more than just an application whitelisting program.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We get peace of mind knowing that only explicitly approved applications are able to run. We just don't see malware on our systems now.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be noisy. Depending on the software, the diversity of DLLs and publishers, it can create headaches. But the noise it causes is easily outweighed by the fact that we and our clients don't experience the head ache of malware.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to be trained as thoroughly as possible. There are nuances to administering an application whitelisting initiative effectively and developing a training and implementation program are essential to success.
