The ability in real time to secure an endpoint.

Works very efficiently in the background using very minimal resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing is bad about the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Product is easy to deploy and use. The ongoing technical reviews with the vendor are great making use of the product very easy. Highly recommend the product.

What differentiates ThreatLocker from other similar products?

There are very few other solutions that do the range of features that ThreatLocker does - and none we reviewed did them as well as ThreatLocker. The Application Whitelisting is so detailed and useful for a range of options, and the Network Access Control feature is an amazing addition too. The support provided in both the implementation stages and the review stages was instrumental to us being as successful as we have been.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The granularity of the logs that help drill down into individual processes that are happening on the devices. The same applies to the Network Access control - you can see what connections are being made to/from the devices, on which ports it's connecting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not found anything we dislike yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to learn the product, and be proactive during the learning period, and utilise the support offered by ThreatLocker.

Endpoint Protection Endpoint Protection a single agent, including AV, web & device control. It prevents malware & data loss with no complicated network or directory prerequisites

Application Layer Control Ability to control application functions, including lockdown of features as required. This is at the application (layer-7), rather than the network (layer-3).

Security Information and Event Management The real time reporting of alerting and security threats based on network behavioral analysis of systems logs, servers, application, and network devices.

Intrusion Detection Prevention Through event monitoring, the detection, countermeasure and prevention of possible security incidents or threats.

Firewall Firewall functions, such as the blocking or redirecting of data traffic, by port or protocol.​

Data Loss Prevention Detection of potential data breaches by monitoring, detecting and blocking the electronic transmission of sensitive data.

Network Access Control Endpoint integration to ensure each connecting device has appropriate security.
