What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
Ransomware protection and portal ease of use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Cloud based with fast real-time data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The endpoint agent will sometimes get disconnected from the cloud and when it reconnects will create a second endpoint profile. I have to frequently go through the endpoints and delete duplicates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
While MBAM has fantastic features, I wouldn't rely on just one application to support you're enterprise protections. I'd recommend a second anti-virus application that works in tandem with MBAM.

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
Malwarebytes goes above and beyond with their features, customer support and user experience. You can manage all of your endpoints from one screen and immediately see whether you have issues. The cloud management console enables you to see the console from anywhere you have an internet connection. In todays world with COVID-19, that is more important than ever. Overall, Malwarebytes allows your mind to stay at ease and no longer have to worry about your endpoints being protected or employees clicking on something they shouldn't.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy the cloud management platform that can be managed from anywhere. The endpoint dashboard gives you quick snapshot of all issues within the organization. You can run restart and remediation commands without ever even touching the endpoint. You have an array of reports that can be scheduled and can enable users with different access levels to the console.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost is the only downside of this product. Reseller pricing doesn't give much profit margin, but MSP pricing is better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend starting a trial of this product. You will immediately see the effects! The malware is removed from your devices that an alternative antivirus left sitting on your PC. You will not want to return to any other anti-malware product. Start the trial and let your worries fade away.
