Client applications are not automatically updated by the management tool. I must either do a push update or change our GPO program deployment for the new package.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a very powerful gadget. Malwarebytes is also simple to use. They've made a lot of changes to the user interface recently. The reporting is appalling and provides in-depth details but the issue is that reports are delivered as CSV files, with no possibility to receive a PDF. That's fine if you're parsing everything via a blog reader, but it's a pain if you would like to see and comprehend the full report with your own eyes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The thing that needs to be improved in this system is that, if we accidentally make an effort to connect to a bogus website and it was instantly denied, why does its management panel still flag my computer as infected? Finally, they should think about their customer service as they work to improve their product.
