Being cloud based means that I can protect a computer not on my domain and still have visibility of its status.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It does not show the OS Version and build information about each endpoint.

This product is set it and forget it.

Malwarebytes EDR is reliable and I received personal and flexible service from the sales rep.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Malwarebytes EDR is reliable, runs in the background. The dashboard is easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Haven't found anything to dislike yet but it would be nice if it was a little less expensive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is very reliable and effective. They seem to value us even though we only hold two licenses. The sales rep was fair and open and ended up recommending a much less expensive solution (cloud-based) for us.
