Amazing Product! Cloud is the way to go!

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
The cloud portal is far superior than other similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to manage my end points via the cloud portal.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When scheduling reports, they are still emailed even if they don't contain data. I'd rather receive an email with no attachment stating nothing was detected.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend they go with the cloud solution. For me it was easier for deployment and management of end points.

The limited reporting features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I found that during deployment, I had greater success with devices connected via Ethernet and would recommend that as the preferred connection method for deployment when possible.
