It succinctly identifies a person's natural wiring along with their potential fit for specific jobs. No tool has more quickly identified an employee's match for their job description.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the simplicity of this product yet the ability to go much deeper if I want to.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cost for me as a small company

What differentiates The Predictive Index from other similar products?
Based on science, was designed for business, hiring, culture, team etc; the rest of the assessments out there are just copies or were never designed (enneagram, myers briggs, etc) for corporate hiring/talent acquisition and retention.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Business Strategy + Diagnose(1)+Design (2) +Hire (3) +Inspire (4)= Business Results
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cannot electronically write into the "Interview Guide" - also each candidate has to be moved from each job target to another job target - why not have an option where when a candidate is entered, it extrapolates the candidate across all company open positions and spits out Job Match and Behavioral and Cognitive without having to play job target jenga.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Work with a certified partner, if interested in offering this to your company, get trained and empower the company to use it as part of the culture at every level.
