Ease of use and ability to respond on my mobile device. Also, the process of onboarding was personable and easy.

What differentiates Textedly from other similar products?
Our biggest issue is reaching out to our customers. We can now contact those we would have overlooked if we had only used social networks or email marketing. I like how we can establish multiple categories for our customers and tailor what we deliver to them. It was quite simple to establish, and we can import our contacts list from another site. I appreciate how simple it is to utilize. It was quite beneficial to be allowed to try out marketing without subscribing to the plan. Things felt open and honest.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is quite simple to utilize and helps us to accomplish our objectives. Textedly, in my opinion, provided all of the capabilities I wanted. However, one of their finest aspects is their customer support staff! They are outstanding. I trust in speaking with my dollars; thus, I support their friendly, efficient, and competent client service employees! It's difficult to identify only a few advantages for Textedly. Great value and ease of usage and a straightforward user interface. Better text points than the competitors, and so forth. I like how economical it is, and how many integrations it offers. Text scheduling is also simple!
What do you dislike most about this product?
The one thing I don't like is that looking for categories or groups can occasionally bring up contacts who aren't in such categories based on which characters are identical in the organization or the user's name. I hope we can communicate to numerous tags at the same time. My membership limits the number of words I can use, which finds it challenging to obtain my whole content. An image also requires much more sentences than a typical paragraph.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Textedly is a great option if you're searching for a simple texting solution. They also provide a trial version. They are indeed an excellent deal and give excellent service.

What differentiates Textedly from other similar products?
It is highly user-friendly! Whenever I've required support or guidance, the client care staff has consistently been quite rapid in their responsiveness. This is a solution I would suggest to other company owners!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We addressed the challenge of communicating with our customers in actual time, which has allowed us to be more efficient in our marketing initiatives. We have seen an increase in sales as a result of employing this product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I hope it was somehow easier to obtain a 5- or 6-digit phone number for clients to SMS. However, I realize that it is not a texting problem. It'd also be wonderful to be permitted to erase contacts as if the messaging plans were a little less expensive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I strongly recommend utilizing the program! This is a highly user-friendly site with excellent customer care whenever you experience problems or get a query!
